I can't tell how important choosing the right agent is. I first listed my property with an agent who was a 'big name' in the neighborhood. All I got was a listing on MLS. The pictures were poor and the property sat on the market for 5 months. I met Urai and she had energy, enthusiasm, and a positive vibe. She came in and gave me a plan that included some staging and coming up with a marketable price. Urai worked many hours bringing pictures, plants, and even a coffee machine and making the place look fantastic. She also constantly communicated with me. Within a week or two she had multiple buyers interested and she negotiated a price that worked for the buyer and myself. And all of this when COVID-19 was unfolding!
