Urai Chiya, a seasoned real estate broker since 2004, is renowned for her integrity, fairness, and genuine respect for her clients. Urai’s approach is deeply client-focused – she actively listens to understand their goals, ensuring that not only do they find the perfect property, but also secure the most beneficial mortgage terms. Her extensive certifications, including being a certified home stager, a short sale specialist, an ePro, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and an MBA in Marketing, exemplify her comprehensive expertise in real estate.

A native of Thailand, Urai moved to Chicago in 1979 to obtain her MBA at Roosevelt University. She expertly applies her marketing acumen to assist clients in navigating the complexities of buying and selling in dynamic markets. Urai’s commitment to her community is evident from her tenure as a Commissioner of the East Lakeview Chamber of Commerce from 2008-2011.
